Marketing Plan Details:
  1. Market Evaluation.
  2. Signage. Upon listing your home Ehsan will display a visible listing sign on your property so that any potential Buyers in the area are aware of your home’s availability.
  3. Provide a consultation by a design professional to assess the design and layout of your home. This feedback will allow us to present your home in the best possible way to potential Buyers. First impressions are everything!
  4. Professional interior and exterior photographs of your home for the listing. Since a majority of Buyers start their search on the internet, making photographs showing off your homes beauty available is key.
  5. Video Open House. Again, based on the knowledge that a majority of Buyers are starting their home search via the internet, Ehsan will provide a Video Tour/Open House of your home via his website.
  6. Professionally measure your home and provide a detailed floor plan that will be made available at all showings and via Ehsan’s website.   7. Internet Presence. Your listing will be featured on Ehsan’s website www.ehsanrealty.com & his monthly email newsletter. Also, your listing will appear on the following websites www.macrealty.com, www.realtylink.org, www.mls.ca, www.rew.ca, www.livingyaletown.com (Downtown Vancouver Listings only).
  8. Announcement of your listing at the weekly Macdonald Realty Ltd. (Kerrisdale) sales meeting. This will expose your home to some of the top agents in the REBGV within one of the top Real Estate Brokerages Vancouver.

  10. Agents’ Open House. Ehsan will hold an Open House for Realtors in your area to preview your home and solicit it to their potential buyers. This also a great way to get feedback on your home and the list price.

  12. Strategic distribution of Direct & Indirect mail pieces to your community. This will help ensure exposure of your home to potential Buyers within your neighbourhood and surrounding community.
  13. Advertising of your home in your community’s publication of the Real Estate Weekly and local community newspaper(s).
  14. Public Open Houses. Ehsan will personally hold Open Houses for the public on the weekend. Saturday & Sunday 1 pm - 3 pm. All Open Houses will be announced on the marketing material listed above, Ehsan’s website, & www.realtylink.org.
